Council has an obligation to exercise a precautionary principle with regard to flooding and protection of our ground water, and to act in the public interest, and the best interests of their rate-paying community.
On these grounds, please refuse this application, thereby protecting the groundwater, the amenity of Anna Bay and the interests of the Anna Bay community.
