Walk with National Parks Association ~ Port Stephens Group

March 6 All day

Full day: Perfect for a warm day — shady trails, magnificent tall trees, inclines follow the creek valley. Enjoy a shorter walk, ~10kms to the Pool of Reflections and dip in large flowing waterholes or stretch out on the longer trail to Rocky Crossing, ~14kms. We’ll start and finish at the old Guest House, shortening the walks.

For more information see the program at www.ecops.au/walk-ps or email portstephens@npansw.org.au if you would like to participate in this walk.

Join us to explore our local and regional environments

The National Parks Association’s Port Stephens Walking Group offer a regular walking program of half and one day coastal and hinterland walks, to scenic locations and places where wildflowers flourish. Discover our local Port Stephens environs, as well as our regional Hunter, Central Coast and Myall Lakes areas.

You’re invited to come along and try out a couple of walks in our program of regular Wednesday and monthly Sunday walks, full and half day, local in Port Stephens and regionally. It is sure to entice you into our wonderful bushland.

  • Full day bushwalks most Wednesdays of around 9-14kms in Port Stephens and regionally
  • Half day bushwalks monthly on Sundays locally in Port Stephens, mostly on the Tomaree or Tilligerry peninsulas.

If our walks and our group suits you, then after 2-3 walks we ask you to join the NPA.
