Coastal forest regeneration at One Mile Headland, Tomaree National Park

November 7 @ 8:00 am – 11:00 am

🌿 Give biodiversity a helping hand this September! 🌿

Did you know that invasive bitou bush threatens our native coastal plants and wildlife? This Biodiversity Month, we’re doing something about it—and we need your help along the Tomaree Coastal Walk!

Join us for a rewarding morning of coastal regeneration at One Mile Headland, hosted by the Friends of Tomaree National Park. Whether you are a regular volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, your hands can make a massive difference.

✨ Why come along?
👉 Protect local nature: Help clear invasive bitou bush so native species can reclaim their home.
👉 Stunning views: Work with a gorgeous backdrop of incredible ocean vistas along the Tomaree Coastal Walk.
👉 Choose your terrain: Work on flatter paths or steeper cliff areas depending on your fitness level.
👉 Awesome community: Meet passionate gardeners, climbers, and nature lovers. Climbers can make a day of it and check out bouldering nearby after we finish!
