KKEPS acknowledges the advice of TRRA that the scale of the proposed development has already been approved and that in principle the investment in the redevelopment of the site along with provision of a modern conference facility, is welcome. However, I believe that several issues highlighted below need to be addressed prior to these proposed modifications being approved.
