KKEPS Submission – Kings Hill Precinct 6 DA 16-2024-174 Lot 41 DP 1037411

The Koala Koalition EcoNetwork Port Stephens (KKEPS) welcomes the opportunity to comment on this DA, being part of the larger landholding known as the Kings Hill Urban Release Area (KHURA) which is often referenced in the proponent’s documentation. The proposed development at Precinct 6 will be accessed via the entrance to a collector road on Newline Road running through Precinct 7
and over a bridge connecting the two. There are plans for Precinct 6 to also connect to neighbouring Precincts with the road ultimately leading to a junction with the Pacific Highway (black dashed line).
