Friends of Tomaree National Park bushcare — South Tomaree
February 20 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am
This TUESDAY is a SOUTH TOMAREE bush regeneration activity
Friends of Tomaree NP manage regular coast and bushcare activities at several locations in the national park. We are dedicated to advancing the integrity of Tomaree National Park. We carry out regular bush regeneration, helping to manage significant weeds, particularly bitou. We also support threatened species work and care for special plantings. And we like to enjoy ourselves. All our activities within the national park are with the support and oversight from the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
We usually meet in the mornings for 2 hours — though meeting times vary according to the season, typically starting around 8 or 8.30am. At some locations, many of the group stay for a cuppa afterwards.
We currently have 3 regular locations and special activities at other locations. You are very welcome to join us whether regularly or casually. For locations and dates www.ecops.au/fotnp_workbees
